Auto-save stores your custom venues in this browser only. Data is never sent to a server, so your privacy is fully protected.

Clearing browser data or switching to a different browser or device will lose custom venues. Use Export JSON to keep a backup.

Turning off auto-save will delete the cached copy from this browser. Built-in venues are always available regardless of this setting.

What is this?

A personal reference for tracking submission deadlines, acceptance rates, and review timelines across conferences and journals. Useful when you're deciding where to submit next, or just want to know what's due soon. No account, no server. All data stays in your browser.

How to use

Tabs Switch between Conference, Special Issue, and Journal. Filter by topic Click label chips (e.g. medical-imaging, flagship) to narrow the list. Multiple labels are combined with OR. Filter by status Use the Status row to show only Upcoming, Under Review, or Past venues. Search Type in the search box to match by short name or full name. Sort Click any column header to sort; click again to reverse. Conferences default to soonest deadline first. Add a venue Use + Add venue to add a custom conference, special issue, or journal not in the built-in list. Auto-save Enable the toggle to persist custom venues in your browser across sessions. Built-in data is always available regardless. Export / Import Export data as XLSX, CSV, or JSON. Import a JSON file to restore custom venues on another device.

Understanding dates

The precision of a date tells you how certain it is:

2025-06-10 ~ 2025-06-17 Officially announced. Exact dates confirmed by the venue. You can rely on these. 2026-10 Not yet announced. Month estimated from historical patterns of the same conference. Check the venue website before planning. 2026 Very early estimate. Year-level only, inferred from past cycles. Treat as a rough placeholder.

Entries marked source: inferred in the data are estimates. Always verify with the official website before submitting.

Status labels

  • Upcoming: submission deadline hasn't passed yet.
  • Under Review: deadline passed, final notification hasn't come yet.
  • Past: conference is over or results are out.

Status is computed automatically from today's date. No manual updates needed.

Tips

  • Deadlines within 14 days are highlighted in red; within 30 days in amber.
  • Custom venues are layered on top of built-in data. They never overwrite built-in entries.
  • Use Export JSON to back up custom venues; Import to restore them on another device.
  • Future entries for conferences that haven't announced dates yet are inferred from the most recent official year. Always check the venue's official website for updates.
